If you need help renting your place, you need to contact raider realty! I contacted Jason and he found us some great prospective tenant within a week. Not only that, he gave us great tips on how to make our place more attractive to renters, gave us referrals on people we needed to fix up some maintenance issues, and answered a lot of questions i had as a first time landlord. Once we picked the applicant we wanted and Jason ran the background checks etc, he gets you set up completely such as handling the drafting and signing of the lease, getting keys to the tenants etc. Also he makes sure the tenants receive all the brochures that landlords are required to give the tenants. I would not have known how to do any of this. Also he advised us on how we have to handle the security deposit etc. I didn't know ask the rules involved in being a landlord and Jason took care of it all and educated us. I'm really grateful to have found this company. Jason is a true professional, honest and such a nice person to work with. I will be using him for all my rental needs.

This review is long overdue, but I am finally giving credit where credit is due. Jason was the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with! We were looking high and low during the busiest season to move in Chicago for a place we could call home.
